The Christian Education Ministry provides ongoing teaching to enhance and enrich the spiritual development of every person who desires to grow in their knowledge of God’s Word through partnerships with other ministries.

The Church School Ministry provides a systematic curriculum of Bible Study and evangelistic emphasis for all ages that help to reinforce important disciples for spiritual growth.

The Culinary Ministry supports all ministries by planning, preparing, and serving meals for church-supported events, activities, and other special occasions.

The Dance Ministry provides an artistic expression of skillful and artful worship that gives glory to God and helps to encourage and lead others into the presence of God.

The Deacon’s Ministry serves the entire church body by helping to resolve human and spiritual needs, visiting the sick and physically constrained members, and providing leadership and service during each worship service.

The Deaconess Ministry serves to effectively meet the spiritual needs of the Church, especially as they relate to the women, and be active and visible in worship services, ordinances, and congregational outreach.

The Drama Ministry helps to bring the Gospel message to life through their human art performances to help educate and reinforce the teaching of our Pastor in ways that help to make the scriptures come alive.

The Heart Connection Ministry undergirds the Pastoral Office by providing one-to-one lay care to members of the congregation and community. Caregivers are equipped with special lay care training that enables them to relate God's truth to human relationships. Caregivers provide hope and encouragement to people struggling with various life difficulties, through God's grace and truth, and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit of God.

• Stephen Ministry
  The Stephen Ministry program is comprised of members of our congregation who receive special training to provide one-to-one Christian care to people in the congregation and community who are experiencing various life difficulties. After successful completion of lay care training and commissioning, these individuals are awarded the title "Stephen Minister."
  Additional training is required for those aspiring to the role of Stephen Leader.
  
  

• Grief Care Team
  The Grief Care Team is a team of Stephen Ministers/leaders who provide encouragement and support to bereaved families who are members of the congregation.

The Healing & Deliverance Ministry provides a human touch to the hurting, the broken, the blind, and the bruised to help provide healing and deliverance to those in greatest need to help improve their lives physically, emotionally, and mentally.

The Marriage Ministry provides sound, practical, and Biblical advice to couples who seek to build a strong, healthy marriage that honors God through their covenant relationship as husband and wife.

The Media Ministry provides full-spectrum audiovisual, graphic design, photographic, and sound engineering support to every area of ministry to enhance the overall worship experience.

The Military Ministry will provide means and/or opportunity to communicate ideas, information, and resources to prior service members, as well as assist current active-duty members with guidance and encouragement according to God’s will.  We must keep those members in our prayers while serving in locations away from their home churches. This Ministry will be a confidential platform to connect with the needs for any situation and/or circumstance.

The Missionary Ministry serves others and helps to address human needs and practical concerns through caring, unselfish acts of kindness through mission programs including food, clothing, and personal care to those in need.

The Music Ministry serves to enhance the atmosphere of every worship experience through skillful and anointed musical offerings that help to usher worshipers in the presence of God.

The New Members Ministry provides systematic instruction to new church members to equip and encourage each person to effectively engage in the work of ministry for the edifying of the Body of Christ.

• Counseling Team Ministry: The Counseling Team Ministry assists those seeking salvation and/or church membership by providing initial and ongoing support to help individuals in their
  new walk while building up their relationship with God through study and prayer to further develop personal wholeness and spiritual growth.

The Nurses/Health Ministry provides holistic services that help to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the saints and supports the Pastor and the overall church body for the sole purpose of edifying God’s kingdom.

The Outreach Ministry extends support through Up reach, In reach and Outreach from the church to the community, prisons, shelters and soup kitchens by evangelizing, teaching and ministering to people of all ages with a caring, sharing, bearing, and daring ministry of love that help to meet needs in the lives of those who need it most.

• Prison Ministry
  This Prison Ministry, as a part of the Outreach Ministry, serves to help meet the spiritual needs of those incarcerated through the preaching and teaching of the Gospel with messages of love and hope to help and provide encouragement.

• Street Witnessing Ministry
  This is boots on the ground that includes sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to save souls.

The Poetic Voices Ministry provides a platform for writers to share truths inspired by God that edify the body of Christ, bring glory to God, and, help develop the skills and talent of gifted authors so others can be blessed and encouraged.

The Praise Hands Ministry provides interpretation and sign language to effectively minister to those with hearing loss with the good news of Jesus Christ as well as worship God through this artistic expression without saying a word.

The Prayer Warriors Ministry offer intercessory prayers for our Pastor, our Church, and for other needs as they are led by the Spirit of God with effective fervent prayers and offerings of thanksgiving that continually avail much for our church.

The Recreation Ministry serves our church through planned activities that help promote unity, build relationships and increase fellowship in a relaxed environment for church members to unite and become better acquainted with each other.

The Security Ministry serves as a visible presence to secure and protect personnel and property and to deter other acts of violence and criminal activities based on the event and the level of operational security requirements.

The Scholarship Ministry provides educational assistance to help prepare NHBC 8th – 12th grade students for college and provides financial scholarships to NHBC students enrolled in undergraduate studies who meet scholarship requirements.

The Seniors Ministry serves as a “Book End” of our ministry and provides an opportunity for like-minded individuals to gather together for fellowship and to participate in activities that enrich their body and spirit in the twilight years of life.

The Single Adults Living Truth (S.A.L.T.) Ministry serves to encourage, unmarried individuals to The Single Adults Living Triumphantly (S.A.L.T.) Ministry serves to encourage unmarried individuals to live as saved, sanctified singles committed to an intimate relationship with God that is reflected in their words, their walk, their worship, and their witness to each other.
